Fort Mitchell, KY/May 31, 2007—For the second straight year, the Drawbridge Inn will host the 32nd Annual 501st Parachute Infantry Regiment Association (PIRA), the same group on which the story Saving Private Ryan was based.

The reunion will be held June 13-17, and will include a formal time for veterans to share oral histories of their experiences at 10:30 a.m. on Friday, June 15th.

Other highlights include a visit to Hofbräuhaus Newport that evening and the finale Saturday evening the 16th—a Memorial banquet at 6 p.m., which includes a military color guard, inspirational speaker Gary Griesser, dancing and live entertainment.
