Religious Groups

The Northern Kentucky Convention and Visitors Bureau has developed a special Join Hands program for religious groups, to give you the assistance you need to ensure a successful, worry-free meeting.

When you choose Northern Kentucky as the site for your religious organization’s meeting, we’ll supply the following – at no extra charge!

  • A cash donation to help offset meeting costs based on the number of room nights you use

    50 - 200 $250
    201 - 350 $400
    351 - 500 $500
    501 - 650 $650
    651 & over $1 for each room night used
  • Flat hotel room rates for up to four people per room
  • Complimentary hotel meeting space
  • Special meal prices
  • Extended food service for late meetings
  • Bus parking
  • Free name badges
  • Attendance builders – a specially designed promotional mailing to help increase attendance
  • Complimentary registration assistance
  • Planning assistance for off-site events and tours, such as transportation, itineraries and cost estimates
